"Very disappointed to be woken by Jackhammer noise at 8.30am during our stay. We were not advised when placing booking that these works were being done. Due to noise we were unable to stay in apartment for that day. "

"Wow what can l say, the hotel is in the most perfect location, right on the beach. The room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. A special mention to the guys on the reception desk, they were so friendly and welcoming. On arrival we were upgraded to an ocean view room, was given a glass of champagne and because it was my daughter’s birthday, they sent up a bottle of champagne to her suite. Service absolutely outstanding, can’t wait to stay at the Grand hotel again. Thank you "
