In this tranquil North Avoca haven, you'll find everything you desire within reach and the added benefit of easy access to the flagged areas and famous rock pools. A local café is just a 5-minute stroll away, ensuring your morning coffee fix is effortlessly satisfied. While North Avoca provides a serene escape from the hustle of city life, it's conveniently nestled just beyond the hill from Terrigal's lively dining establishments, cafes, bars, and boutiques. Avoca is also easily accessible by a short drive or a leisurely beachside walk.
Dive into the rich history of the Avoca Beach Picture Theatre, enjoy a game of barefoot bowling, indulge in a friendly tennis match, or consider renting a kayak or paddle boat to explore the peaceful waters of Avoca Lake.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals, and although there is no designated dining area, you'll find ample seating along the breakfast bar and direct access to the expansive deck also offers the option for al fresco dining. Additionally, there's a convenient beer table positioned under the window, which can also double as a cosy study nook, making this space versatile and accommodating for various activities.

The outdoor spaces of this property offer a complete beachside experience, with a generously sized deck that provides an ideal spot to relish the captivating views of both the beach and the surrounding bush. A coastal garden enhances the tranquil beach atmosphere, creating a sense of calm and connecting you with the coastal environment and in the expansive backyard, you'll find a barbecue area, perfect for sizzling up a delightful seaside feast and allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining while soaking in the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, there's an outdoor shower that adds a practical touch to your beach retreat, making it convenient to rinse off and keep the beach vibes outside, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.
Please be aware that although the spacious outdoor entertaining deck is entirely enclosed, the property itself is not surrounded by a fence.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
