"View was fabulous basically the whole front is windows. Beds and furniture comfortable. Shades were clean and easy to use for privacy or to block the morning sun. Ceiling fan for cooling. There is furnace heat so I didn’t have to try and light the pilot lite of the gas stove. The high was 40 degrees the first 2 days so the heat was appreciated. The upper deck is very narrow more for standing out there and looking. If you do sit sideways the rail blocks much of the tree line view. Photos did not show the width. Downstairs deck more user friendly. Fairly private other than one neighbor which can be blocked out in the living room by the shades. The only criticism I have is that there was no sign that says the running water is potable from the lake. It probably said in the description but I reviewed a lot of different sites and if so did not remember. It does say in the house booklet but I rarely look at those first thing. It should be posted so people can make their own decisions. That said, I always carry a couple of gallons of water for emergency so it was no big deal for me. Weather was too cold to really enjoy the outside of the house-go figure in mid June! Did enjoy the peacefulness of the view from the inside"
