"Hard to find. The hotel was selected by my client. Navigation took me right to the street the hotel was on. But it just looked like a dark street with no prominent signage or anything else to indicate the hotel was there. There was an illuminated valet parking area, which I figured might be valet parking for the hotel based on context. I drove around the block to see if there was another entrance (perhaps navigation had taken me to a side entrance?), but there wasn't one. I thought maybe you...

"Check in was very easy, the front desk allowed us to store our luggage due to our early arrival. The hotel is very nice, the room was excellent. I felt bad for our poor in-room fridge because someone had left its door open and it was over-worked. It was making quite a racket so I unplugged it. Everything else was fantastic. The front desk personnel were very friendly and offered us water bottles several times. It's a great location right off the plaza."

I went for an overnight staycation and I felt pampered and very well taken care of, from the front desk staff to the Apothecary Lounge experience to the breakfast in the morning. The room was cozy and luxurious. The food and drinks were delicious. The 24/7 jacuzzi outside in the beautiful courtyard was the icing on the cake.
