"The day I checked in, I had been having "One of Those Days". Check-in was so easy. I got my key card and went to my room. I couldn't get the door open - and thinking it was lock issue, I went to the front desk. I was told that the doors are heavy and sometimes needed an extra push. That did the trick. I love the rooms at this property- nice size, comfortable bed and pillows. I went to Applebee's next door for dinner (also recommended). When I came back to my room, the door was stuck- I couldn't get in! Went to the front desk, and the night manager came up with me. The security latch on the door had accidently engaged when I had shut the door when I left for dinner. There was no way to get in! The night manager gave me the room next door and said maintenance would be there first thing in the morning to fix my original room. I slept well (nice bed and pillows!), and the door was fixed by the time I ate breakfast (also very good!). Gwen and her staff were so nice and helpful - and very apologetic (which they didn't need to be). I commend them all for the help they gave me. I stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Morgantown!"

"This hotel was really nice breakfast was a variety and they kept everything replenished and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean the only problem we had was I only gave overall stay less then excellent because THE AC WAS NOT CLEAN AND SMELLED LIKE MILDEW WHICH CAUSED ME TO GET SICK THOSE NEED CLEANED!!!"
