"Only a 5 minute walk to everything you need. Room was immaculate and staff were very attentive."

"The shower cubicle needs a redesign. Water flows outside of the shower area, making it unsafe, as anyone can slip. We had to place a few floor mats to ensure water didn't flow outside. Guests should not be concerned about these, and the staff couldn't do anything but apologise. Sometimes, designers forget the most basic things while trying to make bathrooms look modern."

"Great option right in heart of CBD. Newer hotel with comfy rooms - nice onsite restaurant with good options all day plus lounge happy hour. Woolworths grocery literally next door easy for anything you might need. "

"hotel is part of heritage buildings, and it has been renovated up to highest standard. Do ask the property manager for the size of room that you are booking, it varies in the layout and spaces to avoid the disappointment"

"My wife had just come out of hospital and we asked for room service which wasn’t normally an option. The staff were so helpful and accommodating and cannot recommend them enough. Will definitely stay again. Only drawback was no teaspoons for coffee in the morning. "
