"It was great staying in the cabin! Kelly was very responsive when booking cabin information. The cabin was nice it had the things needed for our stay. Only downside was there was a bear roaming the area and went inside some cars however nothing of damage. We thought of using the bear horn in the house but it didn't work. We did report the bear sighting. Overall the cabin is very nice. I would definitely recommend the stay here just bring your own bear horn if its not winter time due to bears...

"Our family spent 5 days here for the wedding, end of July beginning of August. House is very nice, spacious and accommodated our group comfortably. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and more. Beds were comfortable. Portable fans and heaters in rooms. Daily temperatures mid 70s to low 80s, with cooler nights in high 50s-60s Fahrenheit. "

"kitchen/great room, rooms, beds, bathrooms, deck all great. One note: the pull out bed in the Rec room was too dirty to use-we had a spare blow up so used that instead. Stove/oven in kitchen great. Could not get pizza oven to stay lit even changing tanks to a full one. Could not get BBQ or fire pit to light. Tank was fine-we took it down to the Beach and BBQ'd there. Loved time at TP Beach! Returned access card under large bear on top of pantry cupboard. "

There are so many bedrooms and extra bathrooms that everybody has lots of space the kitchen was awesome . well stocked and a beautiful place to unplug unwind and enjoy the amazing Tahoe City. Hard place to leave. Can’t wait to go back."

"Our hosts were very responsive, and our stay was lovely. The L-shaped deck with dining table (and umbrella) is a treat, and the newish bathrooms are wonderful. The location--somewhere between Kings Beach and Tahoe City--is terrific, and Carnelian Bay has its own charms as well."
