"Great hotel! Very convenient for skiing Mt Rose, nice indoor pool, lots of dining options around. The staff were very sweet my kids and kept them supplied with hot chocolate. And as a bonus, they have two EV chargers you can use for free."

"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."
