The management at the hotel is wonderful and highly accommodating to guest. He helped us arrange transportation to a concert and really went the extra mile with customer service. The hotel is humble but clean and the bed was super comfortable after a night of dancing. It’s super convenient to kings beach and the crystal bay club if you’re going to a concert.

It was within easy walking distance to the lake , as well as a number of restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The Manger is very nice. The property is located in downtown Kings Beach and is a great location. Large rooms, they just need a little update.

Overall a good value for the location, but it's definitely a standard motel room. Beds are alright, parking was convenient, and there's a fridge and microwave in the room. The rooms aren't super lavish or updated, there's stains/marks on the walls and patches on the carpets. No mold or weird smells, but definitely not a snazzy place.
