"My spouse and I stayed at this VRBO, last weekend and we truly enjoyed it! The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean, minimalistic but still spacious. It was easy to get to and walking distance to so many places. The bus stops at the corner which is convenient. It is also a quiet area. The building itself was clean and accessible. It was also a secure area. Great for couple, solo travelers "

"We booked the place 2 weeks in advance, got confirmation of booking from VRBO and was charged for the room. The day of check in, we reached out to the property manager for access instructions and were totally ghosted. Stranded in a busy city in a foreign country with nowhere to stay, despite having confirmation and paying.I received no response until I asked for a refund. I was assured that VRBO would refund the money, but have received no further response to inquiries from the property manager...
