"The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. The wash rags were hanging over a rack (we hope they were clean) had four extremely small and old stained towels. Refrigerator, stove, utensils and window seals were dirty. No shampoo, conditioner, soap or dish washer soap. No information or how do use booklet. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. We open the...

Access alley is narrow and it can be very difficult to enter the garage – minivan just fit AC – no central AC. A wall unit is in the upstairs hall and 2nd unit in dining rm window. "Just wanted to say that this place is perfectly located in the heart of Plateau, everything is nearby which is amazing. We rented this place for my brother’s 18th birthday and we needed a big space since we’re a lot in our family. Everyone was surprised with this place, will definitely go back soon for other events! The host is there at your service which is amazing. Honestly 10/10"

"House is well located and furnished. It’s decently clean but the Bath is broken, and shower smells. We forgot leather belts and designer jeans and reached out 3 days after check out and our items were thrown in the garbage. Disappointed by management."

"Clean and plenty of space. Walking distance to a variety of ethnic restaurants and a short drive or subway ride to the city center and port. Fairly easy access to the highway for trips outside the city."
