"I would give 5 star just for the staff forget everything else. The ladies were so lovely even interacting with the kids. You walk into the hotel each time to be greeted by staff both receptionists and cleaning staff. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The property was safe, secure, clean and the location was excellent. Unfortunately the back of the chair in the room was broken and the safe was not secured to the cabinetry. The room was reasonably quiet but soundproofing of the sliding door could have been improved by either double glazing or improved joinery "

"Stayed at the Q1 many times now, room are spacious, clean and the views are amazing. Pools are great and open till 9pm so the kids loved coming back for night swims if they were well behaved at dinner time. Definitely be back next time we are on the gold coast. "
