"We just returned from a week long vacation at Bayberry Trails and it was fantastic! The house is conveniently located to everything- bike trails, beaches, restaurants, mini golf, theater and more. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need for a stay. Mel and Rich are wonderful hosts. So easy to communicate with, very responsive and great with recommendations! We have stayed at other houses at the Cape over the years and this is one we will surely come back to!"

"Right next to the beach, which is handy if you plan to walk to the beach and dislike Orleans lack of sidewalks — downside is traffic in front of the property. The property itself is small and very compact. We reserved it for more people than actually ended up coming, so one bathroom and very confined dining space didn’t matter all that muc."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's a perfect little 2 bedroom rental right in the middle of the action of PTown and you can easily walk to everything from west end to east end. The rental had everything we needed for our stay, and the host was extremely communicative and accommodating. We would definitely rent here again!"

The living room couch is awful as is the television, Both need to be replaced. Other than that it was very clean and well kept. We liked it very much and would rent again. "

"This house was perfect for our family; my husband and I brought our two teen children, and each of them brought a friend. The house was nicely laid out, clean, and offered everything we needed to have a restful week on the cape. The beach (bay side) is just steps from the house and was beautiful. We were also able to bring our golden retriever, which made our vacation even nicer!"

"This was an adorable house hidden away in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, which is exactly what we wanted. It sat on the adorable pond where after a day at oyster fest we were able to go kayak to relax. Always love renting from Delmar.
