We loved having several bathrooms but there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no extras for replacements. We ended up having to buys some. "Pristine can mean several different things. My interpretation was to be “like new”. This dwelling did not quite live up to that standard, but was clean, sans the “mud room” and what appeared to be mold on the peak of the ceiling above the living room. The original listing stated firewood was provided by the host. Then, the checkin instructions stated guests provided their own. Not huge, just misstated in the listing (since changed). "This house is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 13 people and only 2 of the 3 showers worked which they never disclosed to us. The house was a total pigsty. Dirty dishes in the sink. Old food in the fridge. Frozen food in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting with frozen spills that looked like they were there for years. Holes in the walls & doors, burn marks on the counters, dirty table cloth. Bathrooms were filthy. No shades on 90 % of the windows & no curtains at...

"This is a newly renovated carriage home. Very clean and easily and accommodated our party of 6. It's within walking distance to the downtown North Hampton area which made it very convenient. The home has a lovely kitchen but not could be improved with more cookware and glassware. All the rooms have air conditioners which worked great and kept us comfortable. "House was very cozy BUT BUGS WERE FLYING AROUND IN EVERY ROOM. MAGGOTS WAS CRAWLING ON CEILING OF KITCHEN. OLD FOOD IN CABINETS HAD ADDITIONAL BUGS FLYING THROUGHT OUT THEM"

"The house looked like an abandoned property. It was dirty and gross. The sheets had hair on them. We actually couldn't stay. We were hopeful that after taking pictures and sending them, we have some sort of recoupment but we did not. Even though we booked through vrbo, it was apparently another company's listing and they were also no help. We won't use vrbo again. Also watch out for Evelve,"
