The general manager really helped turn our very hectic day of delayed flights and lost luggages into a good day with his kindness and attentiveness. I would stay here again and again. I was in the newer part - comfortable bed lovely room though a small window. My only gripe is the room coffee. Fabulous range of quality teabags and biscuits but only sachet coffee. Strange!!
