"The likes are the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Parking is free and good, the hotel is within walking distance of most local restaurants and shops. The unlikes are mostly noise related. The rooms are just too noisy. You can hear people talking through the walls, especially children. And you can hear every footfall, shoe drop, luggage drop, Toilet flush from above as well as talking."

"We stayed at the Ridges Resort for Christmas while visiting family. The Pros: The resort's main area had floor to ceiling windows, overlooking a beautiful lake, a lovely Christmas tree and a warm fireplace. Definitley felt warm and cozy for the holidays. The rooms were clean. The cons: The resort was a bit on the outdated side. it took 10-15 minutes for the hot water to kick-in once the shower or sink was turned on. Overall a good stay. Very quiet without a lot of activity. "

"Would stay in main resorr next time just for convenience to pool, restaurants, and gym. Lake views were very nice."

"We love this place, only issues were that there was no soap or shampoo and only 2 towels. Had to call front desk at 1:30am to get iteems, which they did send someone with the things. Heat/ A/C unit was very loud. Great restaurant and value though. We will go back"

"Pros: location was convenient to the main areas of Helen. Main part of our room was nice- new carpet, nice large TV and stand. Three beds and a sofa which gave my family plenty if room for sleeping and the room was large so we could spread out. Cons: bathroom was tiny, shower was tiny (maybe 32” x 32”), large gaps around the door so you could see through them, paint was all over things that shouldn’t be painted (I’d hire a new painter), no place to hang clothes, breakfast was very limited with...
