"The beds were comfortable and we had a great breakfast the next day . But after we checked in we were told that they had heated pool, we all went to get in later and it was freezing. We told the guy at the desk and he said he would turn it up to 78 and it never worked. So nobody could swim. Snd please update your gym ,most of the equipment didnt work "

"Needs better signage to enter motel lot from street. The beds and bedding were fine, but pillows definitely need replaced. The chair at desk area was very old, vinyl was pealing off and unsafe to sit in. A coffee pot would be appreciated in the room, rather than a hair dryer! Water pressure at sink was almost nonexistent, although in tub the pressure was fine. The bathtub was stained and needed cleaned. I understand the room/motel is a low rated one, but really I wish the owners would take more...
