"The stay was good. However, the bathroom in our suite smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We think the person above or below us may have been smoking in their bathroom. We need to keep fan in bathroom to get rid of odor. The floors and kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was good, staff was very courteous."

"The customer service was great. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had whatever we needed. The hotel was in a great location. We weren’t far from where we needed to be and where we wanted to go. And the room met all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable. "

"The lady we checked in with on the first night was wonderful. My reservation was not showing up on their side and she was able to make it right and only charge us the deal we found online. The gentleman the next day was also very respectful but the lady on the third day was not the nicest. She kept acting like we didn’t have a room and asking us our room number which I understand to a point but we had already stayed two nights so there was no reason for it along with the attitude. "The hotel is of sufficient quality and value. The service staff needs more training and leadership in providing better service and guest interaction. I witnessed house cleaning ignoring guests, walking around looking at their phones, earbuds in and generally very uninterested in the guests in the hotel. Twice I was even cut off by a staff member when entering elevators. Good hotel, clean rooms (though the ADA room wallpaper is peeling because of the open shower) but service needs work."
