"This property was perfect for 3 adults (1 couple), spacious and comfortable apartment, good kitchen, bathroom, rooftop pool and fitness center. Only complaint is the wifi was not fast enough for sending files (even though we paid for the "high speed" option)."

"This was my second year staying at this facility as an alternative to the Grand Hyatt adjacent to the San Antonio Convention Center which is significantly more expensive. This facility is halfway between a hotel and a condo. My first year my room was one bedroom with bath with a kitchen. This year I was told I was "upgraded" and my room was two-bedroom, upstairs and downstairs, with a nice balcony. I basically didn't use the upstairs at all. "Beautiful condo! The location is very convenient to everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and very nice linen. The kitchen was well equipped and included a washer/dryer. The balcony overlooks the river. Covered parking and easy access to the property. The communication with the host was excellent and her attention was immediate. Can’t wait to stay again!"

"There was a disconnect between VRBO and the Eilan causing us to have trouble finding the reservation. At first they told us that we didn't have a reservation... The room was great other than the HVAC - it would never cool down below 73 degrees. The hotel is very nice though."
