"The rooms were very clean, the lobby and breakfast areas were immaculate. The pool just was a tad dirty but it is the off season"

"The room could use a deep cleaning. One of the walls has what looked like coke splatters. There were hairs in the shower walls. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Great location. "

"Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The night we checked in, they had no parking spots available so we had to pay for parking at a public parking lot a few blocks away. Room was fine, met our needs while we stayed in San Antonio, location was great to the Riverwalk and Alamo. "

"The beds were SO uncomfortable! You couldn’t move or turn over without the entire bed shaking & we’re a thin family, so size has nothing to do with it. The AC vent rattled constantly so we had to stuff cardboard into it to keep it from making noise. The bathtub filled with water every time we showered. The room also only came with 3 lamps of which only 2 worked so lighting was bad at night. We also had an Alamo view window right over the Crockett Tavern… so between sidewalk goers & the music/patrons from the Crockett Tavern it was hard to get rest. Front desk staff member Eduardo was very nice at check in but he needs more help as it took almost 25 minutes for us to receive extra towels. The location was great but I’d rather spend more money for a better overall experience. Unfortunately we won’t be staying again. "

"I booked two rooms side by side for our family and one of them wasn’t ready until 630pm when dinner was at 7 so half of us didn’t have enough time to get ready All but one elevator was operational, this made for consistently not being able to get a ride up or down as they were full, my room had shredded toilet paper in the bath tub, both of my booked rooms had missing hardware, I.e. knobs(room 815), the silver plate to cover the drain pipe n the tub (room 815) when we finally were able to catch a spot at the elevator we got all the way up there to realize the cards were programmed to another room. Room 815s cards consistently did not work so you can imagine having to wait forever to catch the one elevator to go down then wait forever to get back up each time this happened to us. The pillows were lumpy and hard like they were filled with stuffed animals. When they came to “clean” each day they didn’t even make the beds, only brought new towels and emptied the trash can. The staffs customer service was excellent but did not help how horrible of a stay this was. We would’ve loved compensation to make us reconsider another stay and reassurance they would take this feedback to rectify their issues "
