"We were delayed due to weather, and instead of being charged a fee, they went out of their way to work with us. They upgraded our room to a casita, and changed the dates for us. After what we had just gone through with being stranded in a storm for 2 days, it was a relief to arrive to such a beautiful place. They even had the fireplace lit, and the heat on for us!
