"Great appartment in a great position! Group of 4 adults. The appartment had everything we needed. Sarah, the appartment owner was fantastic to deal with. Very easy access to Petit Moriand Gondola, then on to the rest of the valleys. Close to bars, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. We can't wait to return."

"Ideal location to explore massive ski area, easy to get up and out avoiding queues. Little walk into 1800 centre where there is a few bars and restaurants (need to book ahead) Accommodation tidy and well presented and has everything you need. "

"Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and a short walk away from Saint Gervais town Square. Lots of restaurant choices and places to rent skis. From where we rented our skis in the town Square we hopped on the town’s free bus that took us over to the Saint Gervais upper gondola,, easy peasy. At the end of the day, we rode the bus back to the town Square where we stored our skis for the night. We skied both San Gervais and Maev with ease. "The best part of this was the location! Our door opened right onto the old town centre. The balcony was a nice retreat. Comfortable bed, everything you’ll need. "

"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"Helpful hosts who answer pre-arrival questions quickly. Good location in the village, 2-3 minutes walk to a supermarket and a few bars. Equipment to cook with (very little room to cook in!), comfy mattress on the double bed but too warm in the cabin even though we had no heating on. Overall a nice stay, thanks! "
