"Overbooked had to take less space no kitchen one bath two beds two rooms instead of a 3/2 the manager gave us the lesser space is suppose to refund some money but never disclosed amount very disappointed made it seems like it was my fault"

"The issue I had, which I shared with the owner was that from the description, add on services available, and photos we thought we were renting an entire place for a short friends reunion weekend. The description was a vacation home on a lake and it is 2 bedrooms with bathrooms under a real estate office. The coffee maker and fridge are in the bathroom. The area is quiet and nice, its about 30 min to Galena, which was where we went each day. There is a marina, a pool, and a beach close but...

"We loved our stay! We had a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The hot tub is very large and half of it is a jetted swim area which was cool. We loved sitting in the hottub and looking out at the views. We made all of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well-stocked. We would absolutely stay here again. "
