Heads up- the rental property running this property (Evolve) will overcharge your credit card because of “3rd party fees not listed on your Expedia pricing” if you are booking through Expedia. Make sure to get your Expedia receipt bc you will need it to dispute your credit card bill. This is unacceptable and wasted time I wasn’t planning on arguing over a couple hundred dollars. "

I would not appreciate this location as much if there were more than one person staying here or if that person were in a height range of 5' 10" to 6' 6" because the bed is full size.
