"Absolutely loved it! No question the best service and stay at any five star property that we have been at for the last three weeks in Italy. I wish we never checked out. Seriously. This is a spectacular property – – and just a short distance from all the major sites without the congestion of being across from the Duomo or the like. Great breakfast and fabulous dinners whether you’re in the main restaurant or the “bar.” We were there for my wife’s birthday – – and the hotel really made it special. Special thanks to Andrea, Valentina, and the entire staff who were absolutely superb. "

"The hotel is in a great spot, just a quick 10-minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral. It’s not the newest place, but the cleaning staff really do a great job keeping things tidy. The best part has to be the breakfast, it’s amazing! The service in the breakfast area is super friendly, and I was totally surprised to find latte art at the buffet."

"The Hotel was fine, the only problem we had was the lighting in the corridors. It was obviously to conserve power but it was too dark for me to make out things like room numbers etc."
