"Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. "

"The pictures online of this Villa do not do it justice. This villa is spectacular! It has so much space and yet at the same time privacy for your large group. Every floor could be its own apartment. There is a commercial kitchen downstairs which can be used for yourself or a private chef. The owners have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. They were very responsive both before and during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property for a relaxing...

"The property has beautiful views and balconies. The property manager is fantastic and very responsive. We traveled with a group of 6 adults who all found access to the property difficult by car with very narrow, steep one lane roads with two way traffic leading to challenging vehicle access for anyone other than the locals. "We had a wonderful week at Villa Moiacchina. Is the perfect place for discovering the region around lake Como and Milano. The Villa has everything you need: a kitchen with all the things you need to cook by yourself, a bath with a whirlpool and a great garden area with pool and whirlpool and a fence all around. Our dogs loved the garden! The weather wasn’t that good end of May 2023 so we couldn’t use the garden and pool so often. But it must be a paradise in sunny and hot weather. Check in was...
