"There is not reception. I had to call many times to the WhatsApp number in order to check in. Checking out was also very troubling, when I was ready to go, there was no one in the entrance and again wouldn’t answer the phone. I was instructed to left my luggage inside the room but only for 2 hours because they DO NOT KEEP YOUR LUGGAGE FOR YOU. "We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and relaxing. There were plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Very convenient for travelling into Milan by tram, although we walked everywhere (it doesn’t take long to reach the Duomo). A few good cafes nearby and a safe area. Friendly hosts too. Recommended, would stay again. Grazie!"

Please note the small size of the hotel (7 rooms only) and the fact that it is not staffed at night - I would recommend this hotel for the experienced and leisurely traveler who does not need constant service."
