"We loved our stay at the Fogg Farmhouse! Easy to find, very clean, seamless check-in process. The kitchen was lovely and got lots of use, as did the beautiful upstairs bathroom with deep clawfoot tub. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather for porch coffee in the morning. Though the fenced yard was a little too "wild" for our young dog (there is access to the antique barn, as well as the space underneath the barn), we were able to utilize the nearby dog park in Barre so that he could run around! The stairs to the second floor are steep and a little bit slippery, as to be expected with a house of this age, but that's just something to note for anyone with mobility issues. This house has been lovingly updated and maintained, and staying here was a true pleasure! "

"This was a nice apartment to stay overnight in Vermont. The VRBO app itself doesn’t provide you with correct details regarding WIFI, but the owner was great about assisting us with this. This place is very clean, provides quality linens and paper products. "

"This property is so lovely and easy to get to, but then you feel so secluded and off the grid once you're there, which is so relaxing. the house was well stocked and beds very comfortable! loved having access to a washer dryer and the layout of the house is great for kids and adults room to spread out. the best spot is on the back porch watching the kids play at the end of the day. we'll be back!"

"PROs: Communication and check in were quick and easy. The finishes on the interior were very nice, and it was an easy drive off the expressway. The heater warmed the house up quickly. CONs: The floors creaked - a lot.The beds were Purple knock-offs, on a metal frame (no box spring). The master bedroom was directly above the 3rd bedroom and adjacent to the 2nd bedroom. Combine all three of those facts, and, if you're a couple hoping for some quiet Adult Time after the kids go to bed, well, it ain't happening. The house is also on a busy main road, so there were cars constantly passing by, even in the dead of night. The house appears to have been recently flipped, and perhaps the owners aren't quite accustomed to VRBO life yet. While the interior was beautiful, little things I've come to expect from a VRBO property were missing, like shower gel or soap, extra blankets, and bedside lamps. We also were required to transport our trash down the road to a business and place the trash in a dumpster in the rear of the business, which I found a little .... odd."

"Check in was very easy, communication was great. We were only there for a short time but we loved the house and how cozy it was and the bedding was our absolute favorite from any of the places we have stayed. Nice neighbors we got to chat with too!!"

"This cabin is a wonderful stay for those who want to avoid hotels and love the outdoors. The cabin is nestled in the low-lying mountains around Montpelier and has quiet, gorgeous woods surrounding it. It's a bit of a bumpy ride getting there but we were amazed it was only took 15 minutes to get to downtown Montpelier. The cabin does only have one bedroom but it has several beds and a great wide screen HDTV. It has great, high-speed Internet and a gas fireplace. The shower is amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked. Rick, the host, was communicative and ensured we had an excellent stay. We highly recommend this for small groups who are comfortable sharing a room and want the best of all worlds in the Montpelier region."
