"Really beautiful hotel - I’ve stayed here twice now and loved it both times. It will always be my go-to when booking a trip to London. The staff are all so attentive and seem genuinely happy in their work. I’ve not met a single rude or miserable member of staff while staying here. They are all welcoming and can’t do enough for you. The only thing I would suggest, and need to try to remember myself next time, is to see if there is a room available away from the lift. Both times I’ve stayed here, my room has been directly across from the lift so this can be noisy when people get out. It doesn’t disturb you through the night, and it wasn’t a problem I felt I needed to raise at the time, but next time I think I’d ask for a room further away just for that extra bit of comfort. Again, it isn’t like a cheap hotel where you are woken up through the night by drunk people coming and going, so you won’t be disturbed by it too much. Absolutely wonderful hotel!"

"We stayed in the sister hotel we enjoyed our stay had a great breakfast good selection available we asked for poached eggs they delivered .Bed comfortable every thing we needed nice and clean.Mioooue on reception was excellent very helpful explained the hotel well also when we went back to collect our case we needed to get to paddington station fairly quickly she helped we were there in good time thank you Mioooue we would return "
