"The house is very cozy. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. There are Roku TVs in the living room and bedroom. Nice backyard with a swing set if you have kids. There were bowls for pets in the downstairs closet. "

"This is a great location for family to get together in a lovely home where everyone can have privacy as well as be together. Great neighborhood, very quiet. We would stay again for sure! "

"We were beyond pleased. The space is as (if not better) than pictured. We are relocating to the area and needed to to bring our dogs and explore the area. The outdoor space was more than ample, secure for our pups and very private. We needed to extend our stay while we secured our new space and the hosts were very accommodating. The only possible suggestion is streamlining communication. It seems that two different apps are being used and they don't sync. "

"A small group of friends and I came here for New Year’s Eve. It was awesome to use the fire pit, and we used the kitchen to cook dinner together. There was also a lot of seating around the TV for us to play games and watch videos. We had a great time !"

"We stayed in this lovely home during Thanksgiving. My husband and I, our daughter and her husband, and our two grandchildren loved the spaciousness of the home, the large bedrooms, convenient bathrooms and the layout, especially the breakfast room-kitchen-family room combination. The property was super clean and nicely furnished in a quiet neighborhood, located about 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do and see. "This property is perfect for a family! We were in town for a wedding and the property was approximately 10 minutes from the venue. Check-in was a breeze, house was clean and inviting, neighborhood was easy to navigate. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. We will be staying here again when we return for family events. 10/10 would recommend "

"The house was comfortable, clean, fully stocked. It was located in a great neighborhood, quiet. It's easy to get around in Richmond, so this house worked well for our needs. Good host-responsive and communicative. "

"Great property manager, great communication! Property is clean and accommodating (especially for my mom who uses a wheelchair/walker due to bad knees. Only downside is the neighborhood was a little questionable… my mom heard what sounded like gunshots going off 2/3 nights she stayed. However, nothing else scary or questionable went on. So could have been a fluke! Overall, it’s a good place to stay for the price! "

"Great house! The location is perfect for quick interstate access. House was very clean, lots of seating and the kitchen was well appointed if you wanted to cook. We will keep this one on our list for future RVA visits!"

"Our extended family of all ages plus one small dog greatly enjoyed our stay in this home! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, extra bathrooms, and a functional kitchen. The fenced-in back yard is perfect for pets and children. Street parking was easy and a nice playground at the end of the block and a small store a few blocks over were nice to have nearby. We would stay here again!"

" Overall good stay, we cooked our Thanksgiving dinner at the location. We had sufficient items and utensils to work with. Small problems are front door exterior light on porch not working. Also shower water does not get hot enough. Water from facet will scald but the showers are not adjusted to provide adequate hotwater. The neighborhood is less than desirable but tolerable for those that live in an ethnicly diverse environment. I was ok with this because I live in an ethnicly diverse...

"This was a beautiful, historic home; immaculately clean with hotel-like features such as a guest book and welcome basket :). The downside was that much like a hotel, there were no extra linens or blankets. The house is near the corner of a main street in a “transitional” neighborhood, and although we felt safe enough to enjoy the front porch, some of the neighboring lots lacked maintenance."

"Stayed here for marathon weekend. Location worked very well as it was only about a mile from starting line and only about a 5 min drive to the restaurants and bars of The Fan neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable with easy check-in/check-out. It is close to train tracks, and there was usually one loud train whistle each night. I would happily stay here again."

Loved out stay

"My wife and I stayed here to catch a comedy show for our anniversary at the Altria Theatre. The theatre was within walking distance (8-10 min walk). We arrived to find easy parking, very friendly and courteous staff, and super clean hotel. Even during a snow storm everything was very clean. The room did not disappoint either. Very large room, bed was comfortable, and did I mention… clean?! I hate dirty bathrooms when I stay in a hotel. I felt like you could eat off of the floor here! We got room service for breakfast. Right on time… The food was hot, delicious, and filling. I would 100% recommend staying here again. Everything was too notch. "
