"Everything was good and the staff was great. My only complaint was the a/c fan was stuck in the on position and I couldn't adjust the temperature, which did not rise higher than 61 degrees. It wasn't enough of a big deal to keep me from enjoying my stay."

"This was part of the old Harrah's Reno. The rooms have held up ok, but the hallways And elevators have seen better days. Parking across the street is not terrible, as long as it's not winter. Not. Romantic destination, but fine for friends or family in a budget. "
