Come and stay at the recently renovated two bedroom house that is just a 10-minute walk from the Motorpoint arena.

There are two bedrooms, with two singles in each - these can also be pushed together, zipped and linked to create a comfy king size bed to share! Therefore this place is ideal for couples, friends or a family (up to 4 guests total).

The house:
This is our recently refurbished two-bedroom terraced house! Our property offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, designed to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.

Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a stylish and inviting living room. The space is furnished with contemporary furniture and features a cosy sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table, perfect for relaxation or socialising with friends and family. The room is well-lit with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. Please note that there is also a lamp when you need a bit of ambiance in the evenings.

For your convenience, the house comes with modern amenities, including a 43 inch smart TV, good quality internet access, and a well-appointed work desk for those who need to catch up on work or stay connected.

Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind. The kitchen boasts brand new appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave. There is also countertop space for meal preparation and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals.

We also provide use of a washing machine (integrated within the kitchen), ironing board (with iron) and an airer so that you can do pieces of laundry should you need to.

The bathroom in our terraced house has been renovated to offer a contemporary and luxurious feel. It features a modern, spacious shower, we provide complimentary toiletries, plush towels, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

In addition to the interior space, our terraced house also offers an outdoor area - a tidy little patio. This space is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee, reading a book, having a cigarette, or simply soaking up some fresh air.
