"This is a fine resort hotel, however, I was troubled by the inoperative Air Conditioning which ultimately required that we move to a different room. It was on-and-off, and was ultimately resolved, but the problem was annoying and interruptive. Otherwise, a great stay! Great food, very nice staff."

"Razoável, apesar da localização, elevadores lentos e pequenos, quantidade muito grande de hóspedes, porteiro foi rude conosco por ter saído pela entrada, ao qual foi orientado por outro funcionário ser permitido. Tivemos muita dificuldade no check in, não constava nossa reserva no sistema, enfim já tive em hotéis bem melhores."

"Hotel is very outdated with broken/damaged Things in rooms and averall. Looks too old and needs to be repainted and repaired. I expected better amenities but they seemed like need repair. Will not recommend or stay again. "
