"We had a group of 9 and this house accommodated us perfectly. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Owners were responsive and helpful."

"I recently stayed at this beautiful house with spectacular views. The technology equipment provided was great, but there were several issues that impacted our overall experience. Firstly, there were no instructions on how to park our cars, and we were not informed that the code to enter the house was the same code to enter the garage. This lack of information should be addressed in the check-in process to avoid confusion and frustration. Additionally, there was no binder or provided information on how to use certain equipment in the house, such as the TVs, air conditioning, and projector.We were also disappointed to find out that TV viewing was only available through casting, which was not communicated to us beforehand. Furthermore, our attempts to communicate with the management team or owner were met with silence. We received no responses to multiple messages, including one about two stove burners not working. Additionally, there was no information on the location of the trash cans, which were eventually found on the front curb during check-out. This lack of communication and responsiveness was unacceptable and greatly impacted our stay. While the house itself is stunning and spacious, the poor communication from the management team or owner is concerning and would deter me from booking this property again in the future."
