"I had a good stay here. The staff was very good to me. They were supportive and receptive. The first night, I noticed the bathroom could be a cleaned a bit more and they immediately acted on it. They also gave me anything more I desired (more towels, toilet paper). One night the cleaning was skipped and they compensated me for the experience. "We love this hotel! Third year staying for our annual trip. Parking has gotten very expensive ($26 a night) but the room rate is second to none. They don’t make the bed or bring new towels without prompting which is a little annoying. The water pressure is horrible. That said, a great place to stay for a family Disney getaway!"

"I was impressed with the inside of the building's architecture. I love the breakfast that was included in our stay. It was top-notch for being complimentary. The staff was great, I loved our room because of the giant window that is in the bedroom. The room was clean on arrival. For a Hilton, I expected the beds to be on the nicer, more comfortable side but they were not. The mattress was very hard to sleep on. The bathroom had NO exhaust fan! Not as in not working, it just didn't have one!!...
