Hotel Casa del Sótano
The first room felt like a dungeon. Sink had broken chips and saw a cockroach. Terrible lighting and smelled weird. Asked to change rooms. Moved to a different much nicer room but they made me pay full price and I had to pay for both rooms despite not using one. The second room had no towels. Asked ...
