The grounds are well-maintained, clean and full of trees and plants. If there's any drawback, it's the fact that the city center is a half-hour walk, so I took frequent cab rides. It was an excellent location - very walkable to restaurants and attractions, but located in a well maintained area of town that was peaceful and quiet, even during the holiday week.
