The place was immaculate..neat, tidy, and incredibly modern yet cosy. It was such a relaxing experience, and the highlight for us was the close encounter with kangaroos right next to our door. "Stayed in 204, the room was perfect for our 1 night stay, Only 2 suggestions would be to place a topper on the bed so its more cosy And have the loungeroom tv mounted to the wall so if you have the sofa lounge you can adjust the tv and remove the desk 10/10 score for everything from checkin to checkout"

"During our 5-day trip to Hunter Valley and Port Stephens, this hotel was by far the best choice we made. For our anniversary trip, the hotel staff upgraded us to the Hunter Suite and surprised us with a lovely bottle of local sparkling wine—such a thoughtful touch! We also had dinner at Botanica, one of their associated restaurants, located about a 15-minute drive from the hotel. The meal was excellent and well worth the trip. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight, as we enjoyed it outdoors in a serene and picturesque setting. One of the most memorable moments was sipping wine while watching kangaroos hop around the property—a truly magical experience. The hotel grounds are stunning, and the attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Overall, a beautiful property with outstanding service that made our anniversary trip extra special."
