Enclosed balcony makes me wonder how bad the flies might get but you're surrounded by farmland. 2 single studios (one with bathroom but no fridge, one has toilet only and small kitchenette). "We had an amazing weekend at Montauk House! House was spotless and so spacious for a group of 8. Only downside is, one of the rooms downstairs doesn’t have a fan or aircon and it would get quite hot at night. Other than that, would definitely be back again"

"Mardi's house is absolutely amazing! I booked the house for my Nan's birthday and it was perfect for our family. The kids loved the park, the footy field, the alpacas and the pool. They were entertained all weekend and had such a great time. The house was so clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything you need. We spent most of our time in the pool and the beautiful garden under the trees. It was also so great that we were able to bring our dogs with us and that the yard was fully fenced....

"The golf course was interesting but we had fun playing with both adults and children. Dam fascinated children who were trying to catch yabbies..no luck but they did see kangaroos.
