I didnā€™t stay at the property. I intended to make a reservation for four nights at Hotel Plaza Mayor in Madrid, but mistakenly reserved for four nights at the unrelated Hotel Plaza Mayor in Toledo. I called the hotel to fix the mistake, but they refused to refund any of my four nightsā€™ charges, and I had to pay for that as well as four nightsā€™ stay at a different hotel in Madrid.

En general es un hotel con instalaciones normales , nada destacable como muy bueno, la puerta de la habitaciĆ³n bastante antigua con alguna dificultad para echar la llave , tiene un servicio para desayuno principalmente, auto servicio , hay rebanadas de pan gratis y el resto lo sacas de la mĆ”quina de vending, la cĆ”psula de cafĆ© , el aceite , jamĆ³n etc. al final te sale mĆ”s caro que salir fuera a desayunar.
