Enjoy home-cooked meals at the dining table with seating for six and relaxing with your favorite beverage on the large private balcony.

The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room, laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, MD! An easy stroll to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants and of course, steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer.

As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!

Your reservation includes a $50 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $50.

Girls’ beach vacation
We had a great time in Ocean City! The weather was rough due to a storm system but we found plenty to do and still had a couple beach/pool days. Being right on the beach and the shuttle route was perfect and sooo easy! The condo was beautiful and clean. Check in process was overall easy.
