Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to both levels of this top floor penthouse. You will have access to 2 underground secure parking spaces and shared access to the pool, spa and BBQ area.
The Neighborhood:
We are 1 minute walk to King's Beach foreshore and patrolled surf beach, the ocean pool and Mets Caloundra SLSC, walking paths, and the popular cafe's of King's Beach. Happy Valley is a few minutes walk and is a popular surf break as well as having one of the best playgrounds on the coast all on the ocean front. You and walk to bullock street to wander Caloundra's local stores or visit the Sunday morning markets. This unit's location is perfect, once you are here, park the car the underground secure parking and explore all the local attractions on foot.
Getting Around:
Airport shuttles can get you there from both Brisbane and Maroochydore. It is possible to get around on the local buses and use coach tours but the immediate area is best explored on foot and it would be preferable to have a car to travel further afield.
Other Things to Note:
*Guest access to the unit is via a lift. The entrance to the property and into the unit are wide entrance ways and doorways and the lift. The lift goes all the way to the underground carpark and there are no steps to access any part of the property.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
