"Very nice hotel. We were there 2 nights so there was no maid service. They only come by every other day. Not a fan of making my own bed, taking out the trash, getting fresh towels, getting more coffee for the room at the front desk. I mentioned this to the front desk and they told me if I wanted them to do this I needed to ask. How was I to know this? Maybe when I checked in, they should have warned me that there was no maid service? It seems like a cheap thing to do for such a beautiful hotel. "

"It was a nice little get away. My only issue, I am not sure if the hotel can do anything about it, was the noise in the evening. I am not sure whether it was the calypso or the bar/restaurant in the neighboring hotel, it was very loud. "I have stayed here about 4 times and I enjoy it every time when I need a staycation away from my kids this is where I come it’s such an amazing view the bed is comfortable and the pool is heated…. The staff is always sure kind and willing to answer questions when you need it this is definitely a great place to stay on the beach for a Great price. The 9th floor is my favorite for the view. "
