"Really lovely stay - booked this hotel by mistake but had no regrets about the mistake. Executive room is clean, large and decor is urban style. Cleaning staff are fantastic. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Some of the reception staff are helpful. Massive thanks to Maia on reception who was friendly and helpful. Also recommend the shop with no name around the corner where the lady is so friendly and smiley"

"Excellent hotel, great location in a beautiful residential area, close to an airport but also you can go for a beautiful walk. Plenty nice and cozy restaurants in the area, but you almost do not need them as the food in the hotel is wonderful, one mist try breakfast when there. But the most import is that the staff in the hotel is absolutely amazing, goes above and beyond to help and accommodate you. Rooms a beautiful, clean, beds very comfortable. Great place overall. "

"Needed a room before an early morning flight, decided to stay closer to the airport versus city center. I checked in late evening so I did not spend too much time at the hotel, but check in was quick and the front desk person was friendly, room was clean and bed comfortable. The room was small so not ideal if I would have spent more time there, but just to crash for the night, it was perfect. "I’ve been all over the world. I always stay at 5 star hotels. This hotel is definitely in the same class as The Plaza in NYC and The Grand Qusissana in Capri Island. The staff was exceptional, our room was spotless. I’ll definitely stay at Intercontinental Warsaw again. "

"Within walking distance of the main train station (maybe 8 minutes). Straight walk down to Nowy Swiat and the Old Town area (15-20 mins). Hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms are a fair size with good bathroom and shower facilities. Great breakfast with so much to choose from - You will eat well here! Cannot complain. I would stay here again! DN."

Brilliant, ideal location

"Great stay from the moment I arrived, staff were so helpful and friendly, I needed a charger for my phone and was off to buy one but the receptionist sourced one from lost property, I returned this after my stay. Good swift check in, asked what type of room I wanted, room was clean, with safe and fridge, hotel very secure, you can't get to the floors without your keycard in the lift. Perfect location next top trams and buses"

"Yes, this is old hotel and need some refurbishment of their rooms. However, the staff, food, location is exceptional - there is no doubt about the 5* rating and price to the quality. The views from the restaurant on 2nd floor during breakfast, or if You choose Panorama Sky Bar on 40th floor are incredible. On top of that there is brand new SPA/GYM facilities ran by third party company called OMNI, however included in the room price - it is simply amazing!"
