The best thing about Royal Street Hotel is its location. The hotel is on Deribasivskaya, which only allows pedestrian traffic, and has many restaurants, shops, bars & outdoor cafes. The rooms are definitely in need of remodeling, especially the carpeting. There is no elevator and no restaurant. The positives about the room is it had great A/C, and a big shower with plenty of hot water.

Excellent staff and very clean room and the whole facility. Great location where action is. Poor breakfast with stale food at their pre-paid recommended outside restaurant with an attitude.
