"The apartment was wonderful, though the bunk bed we stayed in was comfortable but creaky. Keep in mind if you stay in that room you must go outside to take a shower in another building. "This was a very nice ryokan, with polite and courteous staff. The location was very good, only a 10-minute walk from the train station, and one of the main Shinto shrines (Geku Jingo) in the area. "Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The onsens are an additional nice touch. The downside is how far it is from the downtown area, but the shuttle makes that a non issue, also the bus drops you off right at the door. A convenience store nearby is also good if you need late night food."
