"Dream come true. Beautiful location right by the bus stand. Very central and has an excellent caldera view. Five minutes walk to the blue domes. Around 10 minutes walk to the old castle. Can actually view the sunset from below rather than going all the way to the castle. Excellent staff. Breakfast is limited but of very good quality. We went in the winter when everything was pretty much closed. Hungry donkey and Lotza are the only food restaurants open, both are very decent quality. There is also a bakery, which is open from 6 AM to 6 PM. Finally, there is a general store behind the bus stand, which is open from 9 AM to 9 PM. Room service is excellent and done without you even noticing. Hot tub has an excellent view of the Caldera and the sea. Overall, we are very glad which was this hotel."

"The villa is perfectly positioned in an amazing location to view the sunsets and the sunrises from the patio chairs without the crowds. Even the views from the windows of the landscape and the sea are breath taking. The “cave” we stayed in was very spacious and well appointed. We relaxed with some Netflix before sleep. Easily accommodates 4 persons but we were 2. A fantastic kitchen with everything needed to cook but we are out at the recommended restaurants which were delicious. The staff were exceptionally helpful. It is best to use their advice, transfers to and from the airport, and their tours for the best pricing and the safest rides. Elvis and Yannis were lifesavers and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. They work very hard and expertly to give you the best experience. "
