My 1st VRBO experience.
The property was exactly as expected from the listing. This was my first vacation rental and I was definitely impressed with the accuracy of the listing. Communication with property owner/manager was fabulous.. will definitely stay again.

Business trip to OKC
I rented this property with amenities listed with washer/dryer, upon check in the washer did not work, the host said he since took it off the posting. He did not have it repaired/replaced before or during my stay. This was a big inconvenience as he already took my money and offered no partial refund and I had to go to the launderers in between working 12 hr days. The oversized toilet seat was not bolted to the bowl, so he overnighted a new one and sent me a video of how to install it myself. The paint/wallpaper is chipping/peeling off the walls. Childrens writing on some of the closets/walls. There is no kitchen island and no garden. Knee high weeds in the back yard. There were no cleaners, brooms, working vacuums. Some of the pictures were not accurate, or even at this property. Very disappointing, dirty walls/floors/counters/cabinet spaces.

This was not even a decent stay. There were roaches and pet hair everywhere. It does not appear to have been cleaned prior to my stay. The water hat an awful smell. The washer had still brown water in it.

Work Travel
This property was very well maintained and very clean. Any issues or questions was handled by the hostess very promptly. Me and my employees used this for a place to stay for work as we were from out of town, best decision ever. When I come back with family I will definitely be looking up this property to stay in. We travel 11 months out of the year and this is one of the best houses we have stayed in!!! Highly recommend!
