"Upon check in we were given a complimentary suite upgrade at no additional charge. I was shocked but so pleasantly surprised because the rooms are $900 per night. We definitely got our moneys worth. Suite was fantastic!"

"Amazing location just a few blocks from the heart of Kings Beach. Easy access to Safeway and beaches. Plus is that all three rooms are master bedrooms. Having a hot tub was great after a long bike ride, kayak or paddleboard. Hosts were amazingly responsive when we had a question or two.One small thing – it would be great if there was a hairdryer in the unit. :-)"

"I concur with all the previous post, that this needs to be upgraded. Mainly the flooring, Carpets stained and dingy.Linoleum gouged in Kitchen. The kitchen and baths were clean. and beds were fresh and comfortable, but the downstairs was very dark, nothing like the photo. It would be a very nice place with a little TLC. Appliances are updated. Beach area is terrific. I gave it 3 stars only because the price was reasonable."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The place was clean and very comfortable. It felt like we were staying in a treehouse. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to restaurants and the beach. I would definitely stay there again. "
