The front desk was very helpful in all aspects of my touristic visit to Hanoi. Especially Sebastin who was informative, classy and compassionate. H Hotel is a beautiful property with beautiful rooms and gorgeous marble bathrooms. Very enjoyable experience indeed.

You can’t beat the staff at this hotel, Rosie and Mymy at front desk are fantastic and will help you with anything and speak pretty good English which makes it easier for us.All the boys at front door are great with their big smiles. We booked with them to go to Halong Bay overnight, was great. Great spot in old quarter to go for walks, restaurants, sightseeing, catch on and hop off bus etc. I really enjoyed our stay in in family suite which is big, Brekky good, older style boutique hotel but love it. I’ll miss you guys❤️
